As a diabetic, you require lab work and other tests performed several times per year. The resulting volumes of the information can be overwhelming. Diabetes Goal Tracker allows you to enter and keep track of your A1C, Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Microalbumin, and up to four other user-defined Labs or Vital Statistics. Every Lab or Vital tracked will have an associated date; the latest information is shown on the Summary Screen along with your Current Goals, while the Detail Screens will have every Lab or Vital entered by date, where you can view trends. |

Your health care professionals recommend how frequently you need to visit them based on your individual situation. Diabetes Goal Tracker allows you to keep track of all of your Appointments, past and future, and to see when it's time to make another appointment based on the dates of your last appointments. It also shows the overall frequency of appointments in each exam category. Flu and Pneumonia shots can also be tracked. |

All of your appointments are shown on the Summary and Detail screens. Appointments are shown in green when within 7 days of the appointment and in red when within 1 day of the appointment or after the appointment date has passed. To avoid double entry, after an exam date passes, you can discard the date (e.g., if the appointment was missed) or save the date to your Previous Visits with a single touch. |

A unique feature of Diabetes Goal Tracker is the ability to send a formatted printout of the information contained in the application (including your goals and appointments) to an email address for printing. Goals are most effective when they are in front of you. This free feature allows you to print and then continually see where you are and where you want to be. Post the printout at your desk, next to your bed, or on the refrigerator; and when your numbers change, generate a new printout. |
